Our 21-days warranty states that, product will not have any manufacturing defects, and if the product fails or have any print issue due to a manufacturing defect during the time period, we will either replace the product or issue a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Printmines.com reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether the failed product is covered by our warranty or not.
As we have the in-house production setup, and authorized distributors for our supply of materials, we deliver the best quality in an economy price.
Placing an order on our website is damn easy & we every product is QUALITY CHECKED according to the standards before dispatching.

If the product is been wrongly selected by customer no refund or reprint would be entertained.Refer to our cancellation policy also. If the product is damaged in transit, refund or reship cannot be done.
If there is any discrepancy in the product received, we will send a replacement with shipping at no extra charge to the customer. All returns must be reported within 24 hours from the date the product is received. Customers must raise a ticket in MY ACCOUNT-“RAISE REFUND OR COMPLAINT”.
Yes you can.
Make sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file.There’s no need to include bleeds, unless it is a part of the graphic. Acceptable formats include:
- EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
- PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
- JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
- TIFF (High Resolution TIFF) Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPG, TIFF files get blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints.
No, as we need to take your order in urgent process and deliver you on time, we request to check the final creative from your end and then submitting the order.
Printing Machines at our unit are intergrated to print colors accurately according to the order, but in case that they are not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail/Image could be different on our screens and equipment compared to the customer’s. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.We recommend everyone to refer to our FAQs on colors and image uploads. If a customer is looking for a specific color, please mention that in “other remarks.”
Our payment process is being handled by reputed payment gateway company, and we do not retain any personal financial or card details, hence you may rest assure to pay in advance and we do not provide COD facility.
No, refund will be initiated only within the describe refund time limit and clauses.
